What You'll Do
As a Reservations Agent, you'll work directly with guests to book and customize their travel experiences. You'll play a key role in helping visitors explore some of the most iconic locations.
Responsibilities include:
Processing sales through our reservations system, handling payments, and managing inventory.
Communicating effectively with guests and staff via phone, email, and other channels.
Recommending and selling various travel products to enhance guest experiences.
Upholding safety standards and ensuring guest needs are anticipated and met.
We're looking for candidates who are passionate about travel and guest service. The ideal candidate will have:
A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or a related field (preferred but not required).
A positive, professional attitude and a willingness to learn.
