Job Description

A national firm is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role transcends traditional administrative functions, serving as a pivotal partner in driving organizational efficiency and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage both professional and personal tasks to optimize the CEO's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Act as a thought partner to the CEO, contributing to strategic planning, decision-making processes, and execution of corporate initiatives.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Oversee complex scheduling, prepare agendas, and ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications with discretion and professionalism.
  • Board & Investor Relations: Assist in preparing board materials, investor presentations, and other high-level documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate messaging.
  • Event Planning: Organize company events, off-sites, and executive meetings, handling logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Personal Assistance: Manage personal tasks and errands for the CEO to enhance overall efficiency and focus.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration and communication across departments to drive alignment and achieve organizational goals. Superworks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive support roles, with at least 5 years supporting C-suite executives.
  • Experience in private equity or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
