We are looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist who will work to support our claims analysis team by handling direct patient communication. This will be done mainly through phone calls and may require a series of attempts to reach the patient. Some healthcare claims can be repriced without engaging the patient directly, while others require the patient to send us further information and documentation. You will manage and track your workload and keep detailed case notes using our claims system. It is important to exhibit excellent customer service and professionalism while conducting these communications. The Patient Engagement Specialist will have to be in the Philadelphia office at least 4 days a week.

Your focused and organized manner will be needed to keep track of a caseload ranging from several different types of tasks at a time. In this role you will need strong communication skills, the ability to problem-solve while on the phone with clients, and most importantly a desire to learn more about the healthcare industry and how to help.
