**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Research and Create Itineraries:** Design and execute exceptional travel itineraries tailored to meet the unique preferences and needs of our clients.
- **Client Consultation:** Engage with clients to understand their travel desires and requirements, ensuring each trip is customized just for them.
- **Ongoing Training:** Participate in continuous training to earn and maintain your travel booking certification.
- **Vendor Engagement:** Attend webinars with travel vendors and suppliers to gain specialized knowledge about various destinations.
- **Budget Management:** Review and plan trips in accordance with clients' budget constraints, ensuring a perfect balance of quality and affordability.
- **Promotional Material Creation:** Develop engaging promotional materials to showcase travel packages and offerings.
- **Travel Monitoring:** Stay updated on travel restrictions and guidelines to provide clients with the most current information.
- **Booking Arrangements:** Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruises, and event tickets.
- **Client Communication:** Maintain effective communication with clients before and after their travels to ensure a seamless experience.
- **Issue Resolution:** Address any issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
- **Networking:** Build relationships with tour operators to expand the range of packages available to clients.
**Work Schedule:**
- This position can be part-time or full-time, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
**Requirements:**
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US, Mexico, Australia, or the United Kingdom.
- Strong communication skills are essential; a background in sales is a plus.
- Access to a smartphone with internet capabilities; a laptop is recommended but not required.
- Personal travel experience is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required.
